What to Expect Day of Appointment

After completing your booking request with us online, you can expect a confirmation within 24 hours.

Day of appointment, the Otto associate will call you upon arrival to the agreed upon location to retrieve keys to begin your service.

During an oil change service, a leak inspection is performed and will be documented.

Upon appointment completion, you will be contacted for the return of your keys.

Oil disposal is included in service.
